inverted flying massage and Thai massage
Flying is the dance that combines energies coming from a strong
grounding and fluid receptivity. This is a practice of giving and
receiving, honouring and accepting, inhaling and exhaling, that will
take you to a place of bliss! The human base creates a platform for
the flyer to receive inverted aerial stretches, blended with
therapeutic massage techniques.

join us on this last day for some winding down with creative massage,
bodywork and sweets?

Building, stacking and getting high!
Building with acrobatic principals on the basics.
With trust and ease and pure body mechanics, experience how we can
find ourselves in acrobatic tricks easier then we thought. After
warming up with a partner, we will be acrobats, cultivating trust,
strength and flexibility, while working as a team. We?ll also be
playing with inversions and make human pyramids. A playful, safe,
supportive environment will empower the whole room to be upside down,
so bring your inner monkey? and your camera!
