Fun @ the Vondelpark

Everybody in Amsterdam sees the Vondelpark a little bit as their back-yard, and even people NOT from Amsterdam do it;
like me. I go there on my free saturdayafternoon...
Last saturday was fun! Marieke, Marius and me (all acroyoga teachers) did the AcroYoga asanasequence in the park and we devoded it to world peace, because there was a statue behind us celebrating world peace and anti-racism.

We played untill we had to leave for the performer (an Australien guy doing a very good and funny magic show!)..

It was a fun day!
Peace for every soul!

Prepairing of the trust journey..

Hi All,

I haven't left Rotterdam jet, but my heart already started travelling..
Last week I booked a ticket to Reykjavik and New York, to reach Colorado and California later..
The whole thing will start on September 7th, and I hope to return to Holland on October 22nd.

My journey will be a work and fun journey, but most of all I want to learn, meet, play and travel.
The work I offer during the trip (bodywork, AcroYoga & more) will all be donation-based.
The work of my streetperformer-friends and things we read about ancient healers who are supported by the community have inspired me!
With that Idea, I want to break through patterns of money-boundarys, and trust that the Universe and the people I meet,
will make it possible to live and be happy.

I'm sure this will work out..

For now, I just want to share the first thoughts,

European Juggling Convention 2008

Have you ever seen 5000 jugglers together?

On monday i travelled down to Karlsruhe in Germany to visit the 29th European Juggling Convention. This festival started 29 years ago with 10 people and grew out to this festival where people travel to from all around the world!

Imagine: one big gymnastic hall with about 300 people throwing with balls, clubs, hats, umbrella,s ...and then there is a big bautiful park outside with another few thousand jugglers.,
It's great!

I actually came here for the acrobatics and luckily there are about 20 acrobats.
I arrived on monday night, after having had troubles with my car:
The pipe fell off, because Jason and I fixed it with a climbing-rope when he was here..
The guy who helped me was very nice and I did a handstand for him to thanks himand he made a picture of it.

Then I arrived and there where some people slacklining!
I was a bit nervous to step on the line, but after a few minutes I was enjoying the few poses I know. Then people where amazed and curious for what I did..
It was great to share and I discovered how special yoga on the slackline actually is.

Tomorrow I will teach an AcroYoga workshop to 30 people here, and maybe also a Slackline workshop.
